Seepex® Food and Hygienic Pump Components

Seepex® CS Food and Hygienic Pump Parts

Model-based replacement rotors, stators, flexrod and pin-joint components, shafts, seals and related wear parts for supported Seepex® CS-family pumps.

Food and hygienic constructions require confirmation of the complete model, product-contact materials, joint design, sealing arrangement and cleaning requirements before replacement selection.

Replacement Parts for Seepex® Food and Hygienic Pumps

Seepex® CS-family progressive cavity pumps are designed for applications where cleanability, product integrity and hygienic construction are important. Equipment variants use different drive-joint arrangements, product-contact materials, seals, connections and cleaning provisions.

Replacement selection therefore requires more than the nominal pumping-element size. The complete model, joint design, rotor and stator geometry, surface requirements, elastomer, seal arrangement and process connection details must be confirmed.

ACCA reviews supported CS-family components using the complete model, part description, photographs, dimensions and application requirements. Any sanitary, food-contact or certification requirement must be stated and confirmed for the exact replacement being quoted.

Hygienic-service rule: provide the complete model, component required, product-contact material requirements, cleaning method and any applicable food-contact or certification requirements. Do not assume a replacement has a particular approval unless it is explicitly confirmed in the quotation.

Seepex® CS Food and Hygienic Pump Families

The CS range includes flexrod and pin-joint constructions as well as hygienic hopper equipment. ACCA evaluates supply and fit for the specific model and required component.

BCF

Hygienic food-pump construction using flexrod technology in the drive train.

BCFFlexrodFood Service

BCFH

EHEDG-certified pump-family construction intended for demanding hygienic service.

BCFHEHEDG FamilyHygienic

BCSO

Hygienic progressive cavity pump construction using open pin joints.

BCSOOpen Pin Joints

BCSB

Food and hygienic pump construction using closed pin joints.

BCSBClosed Pin Joints

BTCS

Hygienic hopper-pump construction for products requiring assisted feed into the pumping element.

How to Request Seepex® CS Parts

1. Record the full model

Provide the complete BCF, BCFH, BCSO, BCSB or BTCS designation.

2. Identify the component

State whether the request is for a rotor, stator, joint item, shaft, seal, feed screw or another part.

3. State hygienic requirements

List food-contact, surface-finish, material, cleaning and certification requirements applicable to the replacement.

4. Add photographs and dimensions

Include overall views, connections, joint details, sealing surfaces and critical measurements.

5. Describe the product and process

Provide ingredients, viscosity, solids, temperature, pressure, speed and cleaning chemistry.

Typical Food and Hygienic Applications

Dairy Products

Milk concentrates, yogurt, cream, curds and other viscous or shear-sensitive dairy products.

Sauces and Condiments

Sauces, dressings, pastes and products containing soft solids or particulates.

Fruit and Vegetable Products

Purees, concentrates, pulps and products containing fibers or soft solids.

Beverage Ingredients

Syrups, concentrates, flavorings and dosing streams requiring controlled transfer.

Pharmaceutical and Cosmetics

Creams, gels and process products where construction and cleaning requirements are confirmed.

Hygienic Hopper Service

Viscous or non-flowing food products requiring assisted feed through a hygienic hopper construction.

BTCS Hygienic Hopper Parts

BTCS belongs to the food and hygienic equipment group but also uses a hopper and feed arrangement. Its pumping-element, feed-screw and hopper-related components require both hygienic-service review and dimensional confirmation.

Frequently Asked Questions

What information identifies a Seepex® CS replacement part?

Send the complete model, component required, photographs, dimensions, product-contact material requirements and cleaning conditions.

Are BCF, BCFH, BCSO and BCSB parts interchangeable?

Do not assume interchangeability. These families use different drive-joint constructions and may differ in materials, seals, connections and hygienic requirements.

What CS-family parts can ACCA supply?

Supported components may include rotors, stators, flexrod or pin-joint components, drive shafts, seals, elastomer parts, feed screws and other wear items.

Does every ACCA replacement automatically carry the pump family’s hygienic certification?

No. Any required food-contact approval, surface finish or certification must be stated and explicitly confirmed for the exact replacement quoted.

How is a stator elastomer selected for food service?

Selection should consider the complete product, temperature, fat or oil content, cleaning chemicals, sanitation temperature, pressure and required approvals.

Can ACCA review a special or obsolete hygienic component?

Yes, when sufficient photographs, measurements, drawings or a physical sample are available and the required materials and approvals are clearly defined.
