Moyno progressive cavity pumps use a single-helix rotor turning eccentrically inside a double-helix stator. The resulting cavities move continuously from suction to discharge, providing predictable positive-displacement flow with low pulsation. Pump performance depends on the dimensional relationship between the rotor and stator and on the condition of the joint and drive components that transmit torque.
ACCA manufactures and supplies replacement parts for multiple Moyno pump families. The correct series must be identified before selecting components because the 2000 Series uses a gear-type universal joint, while the L-Frame is based on a pin-joint design. The 1000 and 500 families cover additional compact, sanitary, metering and industrial configurations, while Tri-Phaze systems address multiphase oilfield transfer. Nameplate data, model designation, part numbers, photographs and measurements can all assist with identification.
Replacement parts are reviewed around the actual service conditions, including fluid chemistry, solids content, abrasion, differential pressure, operating speed and temperature. This is especially important when selecting a stator elastomer, rotor material or coating, mechanical seal arrangement, or drive-end repair components.

The full nameplate and model number provide the most reliable identification. These construction clues can help narrow the family before a detailed cross-reference is performed.
Start with the Moyno 2000 Series and identify the frame letter and pumping-element code.
Start with the L-Frame and identify the complete model, such as 1L2, 2L4 or 3L6.
Review the 1000 Series model designation and wetted-material configuration.
Review the 500 Series family, housing material, rotor material, seal and stator code.
Review the Tri-Phaze family, BPD/configuration designation, OEM reference and complete pump serial number.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I identify my Moyno pump series?
Start with the nameplate and complete model number. A gear-type universal joint generally points toward the 2000 Series, while an L-Frame uses a pin-joint design. Photos and dimensions can assist when the nameplate is missing.
What is the difference between the Moyno 2000 Series and L-Frame?
The principal drive-train distinction is the joint design. The 2000 Series uses a gear-type universal joint, while the L-Frame uses a pin-joint arrangement. The model nomenclature and compatible drive-end parts are therefore different.
Will model pages include part numbers?
Yes. Model pages are planned to list the applicable published reference number, the ACCA cross-reference with an A- prefix, and the part description. Prices will not be published.
Can ACCA identify obsolete Moyno parts?
ACCA can review model data, photographs, drawings, dimensions and worn samples to support identification or reverse engineering.
Should the rotor and stator be replaced together?
Both should be inspected together because wear on either mating component can affect sealing geometry, slip, capacity and pressure performance.
How is the correct stator elastomer selected?
Selection should consider the complete process fluid, temperature, solids, cleaning agents, pressure and previous service history.
Does ACCA supply complete replacement pumps?
Yes. ACCA offers complete progressive cavity pumps engineered for compatible installation in selected Moyno applications as well as individual replacement parts.
What information should I send for a quotation?
Send the pump manufacturer, full model, serial number, existing part number, quantity, process fluid, temperature, pressure, speed, and any available photographs or drawings.
Use the Moyno Pump Parts Cross Reference to locate an OEM reference among more than 4,700 listed components, then confirm the complete model and serial number with ACCA.
