Allweiler® TECFLOW Pump Parts
Replacement rotors, stators, hollow shafts, coupling rods, universal-joint components, seals, packing and related parts for supported Allweiler® TECFLOW and AEB1L progressing cavity pumps.
TECFLOW uses a compact block construction with 2:3 long rotor/stator geometry. Identification requires the complete size and type code because flange, branch, seal, material and design-option codes affect the installed pump.
TECFLOW and AEB1L Replacement Components
The TECFLOW AEB1L is a close-coupled block-design progressing cavity pump. Its 2:3 long rotor/stator geometry forms three sealing lines in cross section, creating continuous low-pulsation cavities as the rotor turns.
The motor, geared motor or variable-speed drive uses reinforced bearings that carry the pump’s generated axial loads. Torque is transmitted through the drive connection to the hollow shaft, coupling rod and rotor. Encapsulated pin joints accommodate the rotor’s eccentric movement.
Published TECFLOW Size Families
The size designation represents the theoretical flow in liters per minute at 400 rpm and zero differential pressure. Actual capacity depends on speed, pressure, fluid and wear condition.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are TECFLOW and AEB1L the same pump family?
Current manufacturer material identifies the compact block-design family as TECFLOW AEB1L. The complete installed type code should be used for replacement identification.
What is different about TECFLOW rotor/stator geometry?
The family uses a 2:3 long geometry, creating three sealing lines in cross section and a compact, low-pulsation pumping element.
What TECFLOW sizes are published?
The published family includes 51, 101, 201, 381, 551, 751, 1001, 1451, 2701 and 5001.
Does the size number equal actual operating flow?
No. It represents theoretical delivery at 400 rpm and zero differential pressure. Actual flow depends on speed, pressure, fluid and condition.
What TECFLOW parts can ACCA evaluate?
Supported components may include rotors, stators, hollow shafts, coupling rods, joint parts, clamp sets, brackets, seals, packing and casing-related parts.
Can ACCA support TECFLOW 551, 2701 or 5001?
These are published family sizes. Component availability must be confirmed from the complete type code, requested part, dimensions and service conditions.
