Allweiler® SLP, SEP, SNP, SHP and SNZP Pump Parts
Replacement rotors, stators, drive shafts, coupling rods, pin-joint components, mechanical seals, packing and bearing parts for supported Allweiler® SLP, SEP, SNP, SHP and SNZP eccentric screw pumps.
These series share a common component architecture, but the complete pump abbreviation, machine information, size, stage, shaft seal and bearing construction must be confirmed.
Shared Eccentric Screw Pump Construction
SLP, SEP, SNP, SHP and SNZP pumps are self-priming rotary positive-displacement pumps designed for low- to high-viscosity fluids and, where the specific construction permits, neutral, aggressive, abrasive, gas-containing, fibrous or solids-bearing liquids.
The rotor and stator form the conveying element. Torque travels through the drive shaft and coupling rod to the rotor. The coupling rod uses liquid-tight encapsulated pin joints at both ends, while the discharge casing, stator and suction casing are held together by external tie rods.
Allweiler® Series Covered

SHP Series
Higher-stage SHP configurations requiring complete size, stage and installed seal information.
SNZP Series
SNZP configurations with series-specific casing quantities and shared wear-component references.
Main Replacement Components
Rotors and Stators
The pumping pair must be confirmed by series, size, stage, material, geometry and operating conditions.
Drive Shafts
Shafts reviewed for bearing type, dimensions, connection, seal interface and material.
Coupling Rods
Torque-transmission components confirmed with both pin-joint assemblies and the installed rotor connection.
Pin-Joint Components
Pins, coupling-rod bushes, guide bushes, retaining sleeves, cover sleeves, oil and clamping bands.
Mechanical Seals
Single- and double-acting arrangements evaluated around shaft sleeve, housing, cover and service.
Stuffing Box Components
Packing, glands, shaft sleeves, wear sleeves, flushing rings and lantern rings.
Bearings and Lip Seals
Radial and axial bearings, lip seals, rings, sleeves, grease and bearing-bracket components.
Stator-End Gaskets
Discharge- and suction-side stator gaskets plus suction-casing static seals.
Casing and Tie-Rod Parts
Suction and discharge casing components, tie rods, supports, plugs, fasteners and washers.
Sectional-Drawing Component References
The service manual uses shared drawing reference numbers for the five series. These identify component positions; complete pump and machine information is still needed when requesting a replacement.

Shaft-Sealing Constructions
P02 / P12
Stuffing-box construction with flushing ring, with or without a shaft wear sleeve depending on designation.
P03 / P13
Stuffing-box construction with internal lantern ring, with or without a shaft wear sleeve.
P04 / P14
Stuffing-box construction with external lantern ring, with or without a shaft wear sleeve.
G00–G03 / G10–G13
Single-acting non-balanced mechanical-seal constructions, with sleeve distinctions encoded in the series.
G04–G07 / G14–G17
Single-acting mechanical seals with throttled sealing-liquid outlet into the pump chamber.
G08–G09 / G18–G19
Double-acting non-balanced mechanical-seal arrangements, with or without shaft wear sleeve.
Joint and Pump Maintenance Considerations
| Inspection Area | What to Check | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Encapsulated joints | Oil condition, sleeve integrity, bands, pin and bushes | Lubricant loss or contamination accelerates wear |
| Rotor and stator | Surface condition, geometry, swelling, scoring and interference | The pumping pair controls capacity and pressure performance |
| Drive shaft and bearings | Runout, bearing condition, grease, rings and seals | Misalignment and bearing wear affect the drive train and shaft seal |
| Stuffing box | Packing condition, sleeve grooving, gland alignment and flush | Incorrect adjustment or damaged surfaces cause heat and leakage |
| Mechanical seal | Faces, O-rings, sleeve, housing and support conditions | Dry running, solids or material incompatibility can cause rapid failure |

Frequently Asked Questions
Do SLP, SEP, SNP, SHP and SNZP pumps share component references?
The service manual provides a common sectional drawing and component list, but quantities and constructions can vary by series, model, bearing and shaft-seal arrangement.
Is drawing reference 401 enough to order a rotor?
No. Reference 401 identifies the rotor position. Provide the complete pump abbreviation, machine information, dimensions and material or service details.
Which joint parts belong to the repair groups?
The manual marks pins, bushes, guide bushes, retaining sleeves, oil, clamping bands, coupling rods and cover sleeves for both large and small repair groups.
What is the difference between the P and G seal codes?
The P constructions identify stuffing-box arrangements, while G constructions identify single- or double-acting mechanical-seal arrangements with shaft-sleeve and support variations.
Should a joint sleeve be reused after leakage?
The complete joint should be inspected. A damaged sleeve, loose band, contaminated oil, worn pin or worn bushes can cause rapid repeat failure.
Can ACCA evaluate an unlisted model?
Yes, when sufficient model information, photographs, dimensions, drawings or a physical sample are available to establish the required replacement.
