Progressive Cavity Pump Applications & Industries
Engineered positive-displacement pumping solutions for abrasive, viscous, shear-sensitive and solids-bearing fluids across demanding industrial applications.
Built for fluids that are difficult to pump
A progressive cavity pump uses a helical rotor turning inside a resilient stator to form sealed cavities that progress continuously from suction to discharge. The result is positive-displacement flow that is approximately proportional to pump speed, with low pulsation and useful control through variable-speed operation.
This operating principle makes progressive cavity pumps especially useful for viscous products, slurries, suspended solids and shear-sensitive fluids. ACCA evaluates displacement, operating speed, pressure staging, rotor and stator materials, elastomer compatibility, sealing and drive torque around the actual service conditions.

What ACCA needs to select a progressive cavity pump
Good selection starts with the operating data. Provide minimum, normal and maximum flow when available, suction and discharge pressure, viscosity, temperature, density, solids concentration and maximum particle size, fluid chemistry, duty cycle and available suction conditions.
Complete pumps and replacement parts
ACCA supports new progressive cavity pump applications and existing installations. As the pump-family architecture is expanded, these application centers will connect directly to suitable complete-pump families and model-specific engineering information.
For installed equipment, ACCA also supplies rotors, stators, connecting components, seals and other progressive cavity pump replacement parts.
Tell us what you need to pump
Send ACCA your operating conditions, fluid information and existing pump model when available.
