Correct replacement-stator identification for a NETZSCH® progressing cavity pump starts with the complete pump model, size, stage configuration and existing elastomer. This reference organizes the NETZSCH NE, NM and dosing configurations documented in ACCA Pumps’ retained replacement-stator data so maintenance and purchasing teams can narrow the requirement before requesting a replacement.
This page is for conventional replacement-stator identification and elastomer reference. For modular IFD stators, use ACCA’s separate NETZSCH IFD stator guide.
Information Needed to Identify a Replacement Stator
- Complete pump model exactly as shown on the nameplate
- NE, NM or dosing family
- Pump size and stage configuration
- Existing stator markings or material designation
- Photographs and dimensions of the existing stator when available
- Pumped fluid, temperature, solids, abrasion and cleaning chemistry
A size designation by itself may not identify the complete replacement. For NM pumps in particular, ACCA’s NETZSCH NM Pump Parts guide explains why the complete model designation and physical configuration should be reviewed before parts are selected.
Verified NETZSCH NE Stator Model Reference
The retained ACCA model data identifies the following NE size and stage combinations:
| Size | Verified model/stage configurations |
|---|---|
| NE15 | NE15, 2NE15, 3NE15, 4NE15 |
| NE20 | NE20, 2NE20, 3NE20, 4NE20 |
| NE30 | NE30, 2NE30, 3NE30, 4NE30 |
| NE40 | NE40, 2NE40, 3NE40, 4NE40 |
| NE50 | NE50, 2NE50, 3NE50, 4NE50 |
| NE60 | NE60, 2NE60, 3NE60, 4NE60 |
| NE69 | NE69, 2NE69 |
| NE80 | NE80, 2NE80, 3NE80, 4NE80 |
| NE89 | NE89 |
| NE100 | NE100, 2NE100, 3NE100, 4NE100 |
| NE120 | NE120, 2NE120 |
| NE150 | NE150, 2NE150 |
The stage prefix is part of the identification and should not be omitted when requesting a stator. ACCA’s NETZSCH NE technical material also documents stator material families including BR, NR, SBR, NBR, NBR-L, EPDM, EPDM-L, CR, CSM and FKM for supported configurations; final material selection still depends on the application.
Verified NETZSCH Dosing Models

| 3NDP06 | 06 | 6 |
| 3NDP08 | 08 | 8 |
| 3NDP10 | 10 | 10 |
Verified NETZSCH NM S-Geometry Model Reference
The retained ACCA stator directory includes these NM S-geometry configurations. The complete model remains important because stage count is part of the designation.

| NM005 | NM005/06S |
| NM008 | NM008/03S |

| NM125 | NM125/01S, NM125/02S |
Verified NM L, D and P Geometry References
The retained stator data also includes the following configurations:
- NM L geometry: NM015/01L, NM021/01L, NM031/01L, NM038/01L, NM045/01L, NM053/01L, NM063/01L, NM076/01L, NM090/01L, NM105/01L, NM125/01L.
- NM D multilobe S: NM053/01D, NM125/01D, NM125/02D.
- NM P multilobe L: NM021/01P, NM038/01P, NM045/01P, NM053/01P, NM063/01P, NM076/01P.
For broader NM identification, including the type-key fields that can affect replacement-part selection, use the NETZSCH NM Pump Model Directory.
Verified Elastomer Cross-Reference Data
The legacy ACCA stator reference maps the following NETZSCH NEMOLAST® designations to ACCA compound families and nominal Shore A values. These mappings are identification aids; they are not a substitute for reviewing chemical compatibility, temperature and service conditions.
| NEMOLAST® designation | ACCA compound family | Nominal Shore A |
|---|---|---|
| 11 | NR/BR | 64 |
| 31 | CM | 73 |
| 43 | EPDM | 70 |
| 46 | EPDM | 70 |
| 61T | NBR-H | 73 |
| 62L | NBR | 73 |
| 65L | NBR | 70 |
| 66L | NBR | 68 |
| 85 | SI | 65 |
| 91 | FKM | 73 |
| Teflon | Teflon | — |
Do not select an elastomer from the cross-reference code alone. Fluid chemistry, concentration, temperature, solids, abrasion, cleaning chemicals and operating conditions can change the appropriate compound. See ACCA’s progressive cavity pump stator elastomer guide for application-screening considerations.
How to Request a NETZSCH Replacement Stator
Send ACCA Pumps the complete pump model, nameplate photograph, existing stator markings, dimensions or photographs when available, and the operating fluid, temperature and service conditions. ACCA can then review the information against supported replacement configurations.
For other NETZSCH replacement components, start at the NETZSCH Pump Parts hub. For NM-specific rotors, stators, joint and drive-train parts, use the NETZSCH NM Pump Parts page.
