367 Configurations
The 367 family includes 36701 and 36704 configurations. Housing, rotor, shaft, flexible-joint and sealing construction varies with the complete model designation; use the full installed designation for replacement selection.
Temperature and Viscosity Limits
500 Series elastomer options include NBR, EPDM and FPM, with temperature limits of 10–160°F, 10–210°F and 10–240°F respectively. Maximum fluid viscosity is 20,000 cP. Speed guidance is 1750 RPM at 1–300 cP, 1200 RPM at 300–1,000 cP, 700 RPM at 1,000–2,000 cP, 350 RPM at 2,000–5,000 cP, 180 RPM at 5,000–10,000 cP and 100 RPM at 10,000–20,000 cP.
Operating Notes
Do not run dry. Pumped liquid provides lubrication, and flow should remain at least 10% of rated capacity. With wetted pumping elements, suction lift can reach 25 ft at 1750 RPM when piping equals the pump port size.
