How to Identify the Correct Replacement
Provide the complete pump model, serial number when available, and any nameplate or dimensional information. Model-family identification alone does not establish materials, elastomer, pressure capability or complete interchangeability.
Application Information
Progressive cavity pumps can be applied to viscous, abrasive and solids-bearing fluids where controlled positive-displacement transfer is required. Replacement selection should account for flow, differential pressure, speed, viscosity, temperature, solids and chemical compatibility.
Information to Include With an RFQ
- Existing pump model and serial number
- Required capacity and differential or discharge pressure
- Fluid or product description
- Viscosity and operating temperature
- Solids concentration, size and abrasiveness where applicable
- Required materials and stator elastomer
- Motor, reducer, baseplate and seal requirements for a complete package
