ACCA 6AJ115 Progressive Cavity Pump
Six-stage 115 configuration using the J drive end for supported Moyno® 6J115 G1 installations.
The 6AJ115 combines the 115 pumping element with the J drive end in a six-stage arrangement and matching 8-inch process flanges.

The 6AJ115 measures 188.62 inches at A, 148.75 inches at B and weighs approximately 2,420 lb. Compared with 4AJ115, it retains the same J drive end and 8-inch connections but adds two pumping stages and a longer envelope.

Engineering Context for the 6AJ115
The 6AJ115 uses the 115 element at 112.60 GPM per 100 RPM with a J drive end rated up to 28.0 HP per 100 RPM. Its six-stage configuration is rated up to 450 psi, combining higher displacement with the same pressure class as the smaller J-drive six-stage models.
Relative to the 6AJ065 and 6AJ090, the principal change is element displacement. The J drive-end family and six-stage architecture remain consistent, helping separate hydraulic sizing decisions from drive-end service-part identification.
