Additional Nameplate Configuration Codes
The remaining nameplate characters identify the body material, internal material, stator material, sealing arrangement, shaft/internal variation and rotor variation. Stator material options include Nitrile, Urethane, Natural Rubber, EPDM, Fluoroelastomer and special materials selected for the application. Confirm the complete nameplate before selecting replacement components.
2AJ175 Dimensions and Installation Envelope
The 2AJ175 measures 101.38 inches at A, 60.50 inches at B and weighs approximately 1,840 lb. The 10-inch suction and discharge connections use 16.00-inch M and M1 dimensions.

| Model | A | B | D | E | H | W | Suction | M | Discharge | M1 | Weight |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2AJ175 | 101.38 | 60.50 | 11.00 | 21.50 | 3.38 | 15.00 | 10 in | 16.00 | 10 in | 16.00 | 1,840 lb |

Performance and Operating Selection
The Element 175 reference includes the 2J175 configuration. Final selection should consider flow, differential pressure, viscosity, solids, temperature, suction conditions and speed. As a positive-displacement pump, the unit should not operate against a closed discharge and the pumping element should not be intentionally run dry.
Stator Material Options
Available stator materials include Nitrile, Urethane, Natural Rubber, EPDM, Fluoroelastomer, and special application materials. Final material selection should be based on fluid compatibility, temperature, abrasion, and operating conditions.

Engineering Context for the 2AJ175
The 2AJ175 retains the 175 element at 174.0 GPM per 100 RPM but uses the larger J drive end rated to 28.0 HP per 100 RPM. Within the two-stage 175 psi family, that drive-end change provides substantially more mechanical capacity than the H-drive 175 configuration.
