How to Use This Allweiler® Model Directory

This page is organized for model identification. It preserves established model designations while keeping replacement-component specifications on the dedicated Allweiler® parts pages.

1. Find the seriesLook for SLP, SEP, SNP, SHP, SNZP, AE or TECFLOW in the complete designation.
2. Match the sizeRecord the nominal size exactly, including commas, decimal points, plus signs and leading numbers.
3. Confirm the stageThe final stage designation can separate different pumping-element constructions.
4. Record the remaining codeConnections, seal construction, materials, orientation and design options can affect fit.

Important: a family and nominal size alone do not identify every installed component. Always send the complete nameplate designation and photographs when requesting assistance.

Information Contained in an Allweiler® Type Code

Identification Item What to Record Why It Matters
Series SLP, SEP, SNP, SHP, SNZP, AE or TECFLOW Routes the pump to the correct family documentation
Nominal size Every number and separator exactly as shown Distinguishes pumping-element geometry and capacity family
Stage designation Final .1, .2, .3, .4 or compound arrangement Affects available differential-pressure construction
System or construction letters E, N, H, V, AEB1L or other displayed code Can identify drive, mechanical arrangement or product generation
Connections and orientation Flange standard, branch position and casing arrangement Affects installation fit and casing selection
Seal and material codes Packing or mechanical seal plus available material designations Separates shaft-seal and wetted-component variants

Cannot Identify the Complete Model?

A partial or damaged nameplate does not always prevent identification. Send the clearest available equipment information so ACCA can determine what additional measurements or documentation may be needed.

Allweiler® Model Identification Questions

Does the nominal size identify the complete pump?

No. The family, nominal size and stage are only part of the designation. Connections, seals, materials, orientation and design options may also affect the installed construction.

Why must punctuation in the model number be preserved?

Decimal points, commas and plus signs can separate nominal sizes, stage arrangements or construction variants. Record the nameplate exactly as shown.

Are TECFLOW and AEB1L related?

Manufacturer documentation identifies TECFLOW AEB1L as the compact block-design progressing cavity pump family. Use the complete installed type code for identification.

Can ACCA identify a pump from a photograph?

Photographs can narrow the family and construction, but dimensions, the complete model code, documentation or a physical sample may still be necessary.

Does inclusion in this directory guarantee every component is available?

No. The directory supports identification. Replacement availability is confirmed from the complete pump designation, requested component, dimensions and service conditions.
